Academicians at Makerere University have decried what they call discriminatory implementation of protocols under the East Africa community affairs.
The academicians including both students and lecturers say, while Uganda or Makerere has fully opened and implements protocols under Education programs while other member states still restrict Programs.
The academicians made the remarks while the 1st deputy prime minister and also the Minister for East African affairs Rebecca Kadaga lectures them on the community.
