“We are tired of incompetent CAOs!” Prime Minister defends PS&ST’s action on accounting officers.

The leader of government business in Parliament, Robinah Nabanja has upheld the action taken by the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to treasury Dr. Ramadan Ggoobi to fire 110 Chief Administrative Officers on account of failing to submit their budget expenditures for last financial pending advancement of the first quarter of the current financial year. Speaking on the floor of Parliament Nabanja told the house that the action was timely to solve routine incompetence.
