The inspectorate of Government has awarded 36 Community Monitoring groups in Masindi for enhancing transparency and monitoring Government programs.
Handing over the Certificates, the Deputy Inspector General of Government Patricia Achan Okiria said engaging the public is a new strategy set by the Inspectorate to prevent corruption because they are the Victims.
