Office of the Prime Minister is set to establish five regional disaster management centers across the country. Minister for relief, disaster preparedness and refugees Engineer Hilary Onek says the establishments will cost Government about US$234million. Onek revealed this while appearing before the Presidential Affairs Committee of parliament to provide response on government interventions on famine and hunger situation in Karamoja.
