Government remains committed to establish information communication technology incubation centers in different regions across the country to help the youth build ICT ideas and solutions. Inaugurating the first National ICT job fair at Makerere University, the vice president Jesica Alupo urged students to take up and optimize the opportunities brought closer to them since they are sure way to add value to them as individuals and the country.
