MP Kagabo confesses lying due to pressure from party members

Bukoto South MP Dr Twaha Kagabo has confessed before the committee on rules that the allegations he made over the 40m culminated from the pressure mounted on him by his constituents and other people. Kagabo told the committee that the 40m he alleged to have picked from the speaker was his own savings, accruing from the pressure mounted by the individuals who expected a share from the rumored 40 million mp’s give away by parliament.
