Police has confirmed that one South Sudanese national died after a building collapsed and engulfed spectators who had convened at Lio lung restaurant and café to watch a football match between Arsenal and West Ham United teams Sunday evening. Monday morning, Uganda National Building Review Board; a body that provides building standards for decent housing visited and assessed the scene to establish the cause of the building’s collapse.
