Police have detained state minister for Karamoja Agnes Nandutu over the diverted Iron Sheets investigation. The minister earlier today surrendered herself to CID headquarters at Kibuli after snubbing criminal summons. Her file on abuse of office and theft of iron sheets is pending DPPs guidance
