The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development has partnered with H2 Agro company limited to establish a hydrogen plant in Karuma. While officiating at the signing of the pact, Minister Ruth Nankabirwa says this plant will manufacture fertilizers to ensure increased agricultural yields.
