In what sounds as a U-Turn in the mystery surrounding the purported expired degree courses reported by UK’s University of Cambridge; Uganda’s state minister in charge of higher education Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo has watered down the report in a ministerial statement presented to Parliament declaring all the 2000 qualifications reported as expired that they are still valid.
