The “Ekisaakaate” of Nnabagereka where children are taught their cultural norms, culture and values for the year 204 has been launched with an appeal to participants to focus on what is imparted to them. This was in Ireland Ambassador to Uganda Kevin Colgan’s remarks while launching Ekisaakaate at Bulange Mengo.
