Vice President Jessica Alupo has arrived in Dar,Tanzania for the Africa Heads of State Human Capital Summit.
The Vice President is representing H.E President Yoweri Museveni.
On arrival at Julius Nyerere Airport,she was received by the Minister of Energy of the United Republic of Tanzania,Hon January Makamba, Uganda’s High Commissioner to Tanzania,H.E Amb Col (Rtd) Fred Mwesigye and other Government officials.
