A delegation of 7 Scouts from the National Union Of Muslim Scouts (NUUMS) led by Owek. Ambassador Prof. Dr. Badru Dungu Kateregga, the Chief Scout is in UK on the invitation of the Muslim Scouts Fellowship.
The team is attending the 2nd International Scouts Jamboree that is taking place at Kibblestone Scouts Campsite, West Midlands, Staffordshire, UK.
The other members of the delegation are Haj Sulaiman Musana Kawangunzi, Assistant Commissioner to the Chief Scout, Secretary General- NUUMS/ Senior Scouts Trainer, Madam Jolly Shubaiha Kateregga, Kateregga Badru, Kateregga Bayana, Kateregga Bakheet, Katengwa Charity and Kabatesi Aline. The delegation was officially flagged off by His Eminence Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda in his capacity as the Patron of the National Union Of Uganda Muslim Scouts- NUUMS. The Mufti wished all Jamboree participants peace and fruitful events.
