A section of members of the National Executive Committee of the Forum for Democratic change party have disassociated themselves from the ongoing elections, branding it as a sham that violates the party constitution. While reading a statement signed by these Members to the press at fairway hotel in Kampala, the party’s spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda said, they demand that the current party electoral commission be disbanded.
