The Uganda government has pledged to offer commitment towards building stronger mutual cooperation with the Republic of Rwanda to promote better trade relations between the two countries. The permanent secretary at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Maj Gen. Joseph Musanyufu made the revelation at a joint meeting with immigration officials from the Rwanda government held at Las Vegas hotel in Mbarara city in Western Ugandan.
