The Deputy Speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa proposed for the establishment of schools for the deaf in every region of the country as a pathway to promoting inclusivity in the education sector. Describing education as one of the major pillars in social and economic transformation, Tayebwa thanked development partners for setting the ball rolling.
