The Minister of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, Minister Judith Nabakooba said that the ministry has received guidance from the Attorney General to cancel titles issued after the enactment of the Land Act in 1998. These titles pertain to protected areas like wetlands and forests, issued in error or illegally under Section 91 of the Land Act.
