The Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament Francis Zaake is again in trouble as Parliament initiates fresh investigations into his public conduct. MP Zaake is accused of using despicable language against fellow members of Parliament while officiating at an event in Rakai District.
The victim, Suubi Kinyamatama the Woman representative for Rakai District raised a procedural matter which turned the afternoon session rowdy forcing the deputy speaker Thomas Tayebwa to prematurely adjourn the house.
Zaake’s accusations come after the constitutional court two weeks ago quashed the Parliament’s decision to censure MP Zaake from the Parliamentary commission.
