This morning at 11:00 am, Parliament received the body of Hon. Henry Kisadha Magumba Kyemba, a distinguished statesman and author whose dedicated service and great contribution laid the foundation for Uganda.
The body of the late Kyemba was received by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Thomas Tayebwa accompanied by the Third Deputy Prime Minister, Hon. Rukia Nakadama, former Prime Minister, Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, the Clerk to Parliament, Hon. Adolf Mwesige and several MPs
The body is lying in State to allow the public to pay their respects before parliament holds a special sitting today, 24th October, 2023 at 2pm to honor a flawless man who served several regimes including the NRM government.
