Nakawa Chief Magistrate’s Court has issued a second set of criminal summons to Molly Katanga, the wife of the deceased Henry Katanga, and her daughter, Martha Nkwanzi, to appear in court for the murder of businessman Henry Katanga.
Meanwhile, the High Court has set March 7th, 2024, to decide on the case in which former Managing Director of the National Social Security Fund, Richard Byarugaba, is challenging the decision not to renew his contract as MD of NSSF.
