Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago met with city leadership, legislators, and division mayors to discuss the appropriate allocation of the 350 billion shillings that were subsequently recovered from the inflated costs of the $288 million loan from the African Development Bank. The recovered sum will be utilized to construct additional roads in Kampala and address crucial infrastructure needs.
