The Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) management has emphasized the need for finances to ensure that land vested in the corporation is secured with valid titles, stressing the importance of clear ownership. Managing Director Winston Agaba explained to members of parliament that UBC land is being threatened by land grabbers, with some people claiming that UBC land belongs to the community.
