In accordance with the authority granted by Articles 99 and 203 of the 1995 Constitution (as amended), the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni announced new appointments for Resident District and City Commissioners (RDCs). These reshuffles include the appointment of Deputies and Commissioners at the RDC Secretariat. The changes are part of the President’s efforts to enhance governance and leadership across the country’s districts and cities.
