Ms. Olive Birungi Lumonya, the Deputy Director General of the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority, has been conferred with the Global Female Leadership Impact Award 2024 by the Centre for Economic and Leadership Development (CELD) and the City University of New York (CUNY)’s Women’s Center.
The award ceremony took place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly on September 25, 2024, at the Global Power Women Conference 2024, held at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY), New York. The event was held under the theme “Advancing the Transformative Power of Technology through Women’s Lens: Shaping the Future of Business and Governance.”
