Hon. Oryem Henry Okello, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of International Cooperation, was invited as a special guest by the President of Equatorial Guinea.
During his visit, he delivered a special message from President Museveni to his counterpart. The two leaders engaged in discussions focused on strengthening and solidifying the diplomatic and political ties between Uganda and Equatorial Guinea.
Hon. Okello also took the opportunity to share Uganda’s new strategy of commercial diplomacy, which aims to create avenues for Ugandan companies to invest and conduct business in Equatorial Guinea through a bilateral agreement.
