The national broadcaster, UBC, received a crash course in procurement this evening this time on the football pitch from the government procurement agency, PPDA.
In a friendly match played at the Kawempe Arena, the well-trained PPDA side edged out UBC 2–0, earning bragging rights at the watering hole.
The UBC team showed signs of rust, having been out of action since their last game earlier this year.
However, UBC through its PR Manager, Wilfred Ssenyange has already filed for a rematch.
Following the match, both teams were treated to a sumptuous meal courtesy of the management teams from PPDA and UBC.
