Stakeholders Review New Traffic Control Centre as Part of Nationwide EPS and Speed Regulation Assessment

The Ministry of Works and Transport, together with Uganda Police, civil society bodies, and road safety partners, conducted a stakeholder visit to the newly built Traffic Control Centre at KCCA Headquarters, courtesy of JICA Uganda.

The facility, set to be commissioned soon, is designed to manage traffic flow along major city routes.

The engagement formed part of a nationwide review of the Express Penalty Scheme (EPS) and speed regulations, guided by feedback from road users across the country.
