Uganda Showcases Tourism Potential at Belgium Travel Expo 2025

The Uganda Embassy in Brussels and the Uganda Tourism Board are exhibiting Uganda’s tourism products at the Belgium Travel Expo 2025, held on 17–18 November in Nivelles and Ghent.

BTExpo brings together major players in Belgium’s travel industry, a market with more than 20 million outbound holidays annually and about 900 tour operators and travel agency networks. The event targets companies seeking premium, unique, and off-the-beaten-path travel experiences.

The 21st edition has drawn over 1,000 industry decision-makers and 100 exhibitors. Uganda’s stand has attracted strong interest, with visitors seeking information on gorilla tracking, national parks, cultural tourism, and new eco-tourism products. The engagement supports Uganda’s wider drive to boost tourism visibility in the BENELUX region.
