The NUP presidential flagbearer, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, has promised the people of the Sebei sub-region that he will construct stadiums and training grounds and increase the national sports budget allocation if elected President.
Kyagulanyi made the pledge during his campaign in Kapchorwa District, while his campaign activities in Kween and Bukwo districts were interrupted by police yesterday.
