The General Court Martial at Makindye has further remanded Rtd. Col. Dr. Kiiza Besigye and his co-accused, Hajji Obeid Lutale, for another week.
The two were sent back to Luzira after their lead counsel, Martha Karua, appeared before the court without a valid practicing certificate from the Uganda Law Council.
