Civil societies under Forum for women in democracy have expressed concern on the scanty allocation of funds towards Parish development model mindset change training in the national budget of 2022/2023.
They contend that failure by the government to invest in the concept of ideology transformation on the revolving fund will jeopardize the program implementation.
During a media briefing on the response to the national budget speech in Ntinda Kampala, the Director of programs forum for women in democracy Elizabeth Ampairwe says government need to prioritize business development services and allocate adequate funds for mindset change program if parish development model is to achieve its purpose.
