Eastern Uganda is blessed to host the 2023 edition of National Labour Day Celebrations in the Busoga district of Namutumba. A section of leaders in the region view this as an opportunity to sink deeper the message of wealth creation into people of the area. State Minister for Housing Persis Namuganza says road infrastructure remains one of the hindrances for farmers to easily access markets.
