Busoga-based Bul FC has emerged this season’s Stanbic Uganda Cup winners after outclassing Vipers SC by 3-1 in a game played at the King George stadium in Masindi.
Bul FC tools the early initiative through Karim Ndugwa who later added a second but after Simon Peter had doubled Bul FC’s lead for a 2-0 half time lead.
Halid Lwaliwa scored a consolation for Vipers that was dismal on the day in a game watched by a relatively sizeable crowd.
Bul FC that dominated the individual awards with players like Emmanuel Kalyowa and Karim Ndugwa getting gongs will represent Uganda in next season’s CAF confederation cup.
