Members of the European Union Delegation in Uganda have advised government to double its efforts and address the issue of food scarcity especially in karamoja region.
During a follow-up meeting with NRM top leadership at the party headquarters in Kyadondo, the ambassadors promised to put a mechanism that is in line with Uganda government policies in implementing the democratic governance facility.
