Police has revealed that 4 suspects have been arrested in connection to the murder of the 27-Year-Old former law student at UCU and Kakooza James the LC 111 Councilor in Kamwokya respectively.
Police is also still investigating the murder of the CAO for Bukwo district who was murdered by armed people.
