The minister for Lands Judith Nabakooba and the minister for local government Raphael Magyezi have urged all leaders from Karamoja and Teso sub regions to desist from inciting communities to engage into violence as both regions are at loggerheads arising from boundary disputes
The two ministers have been engaging with leaders from the sub regions in Mbale City
