Otuke district is still calling for food relief to respond to the food shortage after a prolonged drought witnessed in the district. Francis Abola the district chairperson says four people have been lost to hunger related illnesses while others are believed to be undocumented.
According to the health department many persons living with HIV have also abandoned their medication due to lack of food.
