A recently conducted countrywide IT survey indicates that adoption of ICT among Local Government Administrations is still very low.
About only 4.6 percent of staff have a computer assigned to them for work purposes while 5.6 percent of staff routinely use a computer at work.
This was revealed during the launch of National Information Technology Authority Survey Report 2022 at the National ICT Hub in Nakawa Kampala.
