The speaker of KCCA Zaharah Luyirika suspended council sitting over lack of quorum despite members some members turning up to attend.
The Deputy Lord Mayor Doreen Nyanjura said they face challenge of time keeping, the sitting that was supposed to start at ten in the morning started at midday and 25 members have turned up and yet according to their rules of procedure they have to be 27.
