Minister for Public Service Muruli Mukasa has underscored the role of sports in public performance. The Minister was represented by the Commissioner for Human Resource management in the ministry of public service Patrick Muhereza at the opening of a one-week public service Sports gala at Makerere College School Sports ground in Kampala. He said all public servants in government Ministries, agencies and Corporations will participate in the gala after which the best performers will receive trophies.
