Makerere University College of Education and External Studies, Center for Lifelong Learning, in partnership with the Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB), has conferred certificates and diplomas upon more than 612 students during the 5th graduation ceremony of UBTEB students.
At the awarding ceremony, UBTEB Executive Secretary, Onesmus Oyesigye, emphasized their mandate to streamline and coordinate the assessment and award of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) professions in the country. He called upon all institutions in the country to embrace this initiative.
