The Africans Rising movement is organizing the Borderless Africa Convening from May 23rd to May 25th, 2024, in Lusaka, Zambia.
This three-day hybrid conference aims to unite campaigners and stakeholders from across Africa and its diaspora to advocate for a Borderless Africa.
Discussions will focus on the ratification and enforcement of the AU Protocol on the Free Movement of People, the benefits of abolishing visas in Africa, and will culminate in a march advocating for free movement, one currency, and one passport. Interviews are available to provide further insight into the campaign.
