The Deputy President of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party, Hassan Caps Fungaroo, has voiced the party’s position on the recent deployment of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) to South Sudan.
Speaking at a press conference at the party headquarters in Najjanankumbi, he stated that the decision directly undermines the 2018 peace agreement.
