Uganda now has 2 known armored vehicle manufacturing plants in Jinja and Nakasongola.
The plants manufacture armored vehicles for the military and civilians to increase the layers of security. The president launched the second plant in Nakasongola and emphasized that importation of armored vehicles will become history.
