Parliament wants government to expedite the implementation of the strategic plan to relocate all government Ministries, Departments and Agencies to Bwebajja as means of decreasing expenditure on renting office premises.
This is contained among the sixteen recommendations in the report of the Parliament’s sectorial committee on Tourism, Trade and Industry on the utilization of Supplementary Budget for 2021/2022 to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Co-operatives for rent of new office premises.
