Kampala’s lord mayor Erias lukwago wants government to conduct investigations into the misuse of funds that were allocated to rehabilitate and construct city roads under KIIDP, and KCRRP projects. Lukwago made the revelation while appearing before a council sitting chaired by speaker Zahara Luyirika in which a summarized report on contracts was presented to the technical wing of KCCA.
