The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) through the NAADS program has distributed a total 3750-day chicks and 200kilograms of feeds to PWDs from the five divisions of Kampala.
The official distribution of these items was presided over by Sheila Birungi the Director Gender, community services and production at KCCA in Kampala.
A total of 25 persons with disabilities (PWDS) from the five divisions of Kampala are beneficiaries of the NAADs program that is aimed at improving agriculture, farmer’s income and poverty eradication. Sheila Birungi, the Director of Gender Community Services and Production at KCCA, highlighted the multi-layered approach of the NAADS program.
