The Democratic Party has unveiled Henry Kasacca Mubiru as its flag bearer for the upcoming Kawempe North by-election, scheduled for March 13.
While introducing the candidate, DP President Norbert Mao stated that he intends to negotiate with the NRM party to have their candidate, Hajjat Faridah Nambi, step down in favor of the DP candidate.
