The Kamuli-based Dei BioPharma starch factory is set to resume full operations after receiving a high-voltage power connection.
The Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, Dr. Monica Musenero, together with officials from the Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited, confirmed the connection, saying it will enable the multibillion-shilling facility to operate at full capacity.
