The Ministry of Health has announced the outbreak of a strange Red Eye disease in different parts of the country. The permanent secretary of the ministry, Dr. Diana Atwiine, has called on the public to be vigilant and uphold some guidelines related to the fight against COVID-19, especially washing hands regularly. So far, the ministry has registered over 900 cases.
